FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything principals and SGB members ask us about attending the Summit. Can’t find your answer? Contact us.
Attending
Is it really free?
Yes. Each invited school receives two free delegate seats. The Summit is funded by the suppliers and partners who exhibit and present, so there is no fee for your two delegates.
Who can attend?
The Summit is for school leaders from public and independent schools: principals, deputy principals, SGB chairpersons and SGB members, and senior school management.
Who should our two delegates be?
We recommend the Principal plus the SGB Chairperson (or another SGB member). Attending together means the people who lead and the people who govern hear the same training and can act on it together.
Can more than two people from our school attend?
The free offer is two seats per school. If you’d like to bring more people, please contact us before the event and we’ll advise on availability.
Is food provided?
Yes. Catering is included for registered delegates. Please tell us about dietary requirements (vegetarian, halaal, etc.) on the registration form.
Registration & tickets
How do I register?
Complete the online registration form. Add your school details and each delegate’s name, role, cellphone and email address.
Why does each delegate need their own email address?
QR code tickets are issued per person and emailed individually. Please don’t use the same email address for both delegates.
When will I get my ticket?
You receive an email confirmation as soon as you register. QR code tickets are emailed to each delegate before the event. Our team may also call to confirm your attendance.
Is there a registration deadline?
Seats are limited and allocated as registrations come in. We recommend registering as soon as possible. Last year’s Gauteng edition was fully booked.
What if we can no longer attend?
Please let us know as soon as possible on 087 551 1739 or info@camedia.online so we can offer the seats to another school.
On the day
When and where is it?
Friday, 30 October 2026 at the Renew Conference Centre & Church, Pine Slopes, Fourways, Johannesburg. See venue & directions.
What time should we arrive?
Registration opens at 07:00 and the programme starts at about 08:00. The day ends at about 14:30.
What should we bring?
Your QR code ticket (on your phone or printed), a notebook, and any questions you have about the BELA Act, governance or school needs. Bring school business cards if you have them.
Will we be pressured to buy anything?
No. Exhibitors are there to show what’s available and answer questions. You’re welcome to collect information and quotes and decide later what is right for your school.
Is there an event app?
Yes. The event app carries the full programme, speaker information and live updates on the day. Download details are sent to registered delegates.
I’m a supplier. How do I exhibit or speak?
This site is for school delegates. Suppliers can find exhibitor and sponsorship options at principalsupplierforums.com or email sales@camedia.online.
